Local Launch is a trading name of Benjamin Williams, a sole trader based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. It is a one-person web design studio and is not a limited company.

Local Launch is self-employed and is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to anything you are charged.

What information we collect

This website does not have accounts, analytics or tracking. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email — typically your name, email address, business name and details about your project.

How the enquiry form works

Our contact form opens a pre-filled draft in your own email application. Nothing you type into the form is submitted to, stored on, or processed by this website. Your message only reaches us if you press send in your email app.

How we use your information

We use the details you email us only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We never sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your project and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at 2026local.launch@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
