These terms govern your use of the Local Launch website. By using this site you accept them. They cover the website only — work we carry out for clients is governed by a separate written agreement.
Business details
Local Launch is a trading name of Benjamin Williams, a sole trader based in Liverpool, United Kingdom. Any agreement to carry out work is made personally with Benjamin Williams trading as Local Launch, not with a limited company. Local Launch is self-employed, is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT.
Our content
All content on this website — including text, design, imagery and the Local Launch brand — belongs to Local Launch or is used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Design concepts
Projects shown on this site labelled as design concepts are illustrative works created to demonstrate our approach. They are not completed client projects and do not represent real businesses unless stated otherwise.
Enquiries
Our contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on either side.
